I just recently picked up this Delta 12" gap bed wood lathe. It has a 3/4 hp motor that drives the variable speed mechanism from about 350 rpm to 3600 rpm. It isn't hooked up yet but I'm looking forward to spinning some projects on this tool.

This 9" Dewalt radial arm saw, circa 1954, was my very first stationary power tool (no I didn't buy it new). I found it tucked in a corner at a garage sale for the amazing price of just $50.00! I know that to some folds radial arm saws are a bit of a mystery but my dad had the same kind of saw when I was growing up so it feels like home to me.

To the right of the radial arm saw is a cheap drill press. It does the job for now but it is on my replacement "wish list"

The next tool is really nice. It is a 9" Logan metal lathe with a 24" bed. My dad picked this up from an old machinist and I "borrowed it".

Sitting next to the Logan lathe is the shop air compressor, a Craftsman with a 12 gallon tank.  I picked up two super long air hoses at my Sam's Club so now I can even use the compressor in the garage without having to move it!
